In order to provide a safe, orderly and efficient pickup, please adhere to the following procedures:


  • Follow the outlined schedule.

  • Enter the bus circle at the Middle/High School.  Stay in your vehicle and wait in line during the process.  Please be patient as we work as quickly as possible to collect and distribute properties.

  • CASD staff will come to your vehicle.  Please give the names of all students in the MS/HS whose property you are collecting.  

    • If you have material to give to us (Chromebook-Notified Seniors Only ,library books, textbooks, Parking Pass) please do so at this time.

    • The staff member will return with your student’s property bagged and labelled.

  • Leave the property as soon as the items are retrieved.  You are not permitted to gather or visit on school property.  

  • No students or family members are permitted in the buildings for any reason!


Please note that if you have children who have different last names. You can pick the time period for one of your children and you will be able to get materials for all of them at the same time.


Your child does not have to be in the car to pick up materials.  If someone else is collecting materials for you, that person must have your child’s name and grade level.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the following committee and regular voting meetings of the Charleroi Area School District Board of School Directors for Tuesday, May 19, 2020 will be changed to the following times: Athletics Committee – 4pm; Personnel, Curriculum & Instruction Committee – 4:15pm; Finance Committee – 4:30pm; and Regular Voting Meeting – 5pm. The above meetings will be conducted virtually only due to current restrictions regarding mass gatherings. Members of the public wishing to participate may join the meeting via the internet or by phone.  Please visit www.charleroisd.org for information on how to join the meeting.
