Special Education Plan 2026-2029
*Special Education Plan – Public Review Notice*In compliance with *22 PA Code § 4.13(d)*, the Charleroi Area School
District is posting its Special Education Plan for public inspection and
comment for a period of 28 days prior to approval by the Board of School
Directors and submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Education,
Bureau of Special Education. During this review period, members of the
public are invited to examine the plan and provide input. The district
values stakeholder feedback and remains committed to ensuring that all
programs and services for students with disabilities reflect state
requirements and the needs of our school community.
