All applications will be completed digitally through the School Café program. This is also the
same place you can add funds to your child’s lunch account, watch what they eat, pay for Chromebook Insurance, and make multiple other types of payments to the district.
If you cannot access this through your personal cell phone, computer, or tablet, please make an
appointment at the Charleroi Administration Office to complete it on a provided computer. Appointments can be made by calling Mrs. Danelle Patterson at (724) 483-3509 ext 1223

SchoolCafé Eligibility

All full PA-SES users should be aware that SchoolCafé Eligibility is the new Online Apps website that is powered by PrimeroEdge. This change will enable the parent/guardian to complete the eligibility applications on any computer or any mobile device. It will not change the process for them or you.

PrimeroEdge Point of Service (POS) customers who currently use SchoolCafé for payments will now be able to provide Parents/Guardians the ability to apply for benefits through SchoolCafé, instead of https://www.schoolcafe.com/ to complete an eligibility application. If you have questions about this integration, you may contact PrimeroEdge directly for additional information.
