The Sapphire Community Portal is a service that provides parents and students with real-time access to student information which includes:
Grades, Schedules, Attendance Records, Contact Information, Student Data Forms, Etc.
Parents or Guardians wishing to access their students' schedules, grades, and attendance records can do so by creating a Community Portal Account using the directions below.
- Visit sapphire.charleroisd.org
- Select Community Portal
- Click on the hyperlinked text that says: Create a Sapphire Community Portal account
- Follow the prompts.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be approved.
The information provided will be reviewed by an employee of the district. Please ensure all names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses match the records on file for your student. You will receive an email when your application has been approved.
Beginning of Year Forms:
Starting in the 2024-2025 School year, parents will be able to fill out student data forms directly on their parent Sapphire Community Portal accounts.
1.) Once you have logged into your PARENT not STUDENT Sapphire account, navigate to "Student Data Forms".
2.) You should then see four forms to fill out:
3.) Once you submit the forms, they will be sent to your building secretary for data verification and approval.
4.) Once they have been approved, you may view your completed forms under: Recently Completed Forms
